Our Norfolk location is our first and largest center, where we developed our passion and commitment to our company’s mission and core values.  The office is within driving distance to many attractions including the Virginia Zoo, Waterside,  Nauticus, the Virginia Aquarium, Ocean Breeze Water Park, First Landing State Park, the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

> Hampton, Virginia

Hampton offers city living and several family oriented attractions including the Virginia Air and Space Museum, Newport News Park, the Mariner’s Museum, Virginia Living Museum, Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, Water Country USA, the Chesapeake Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

> Hutchinson, Kansas

Our Hutchinson office is centrally located in the state of Kansas.  It offers the best of both worlds – big city conveniences and community living. Being just a few hours from Wichita, Denver, Dallas, the Rockies and Ozarks, there’s plenty to do. Local attractions include the Hutchinson Zoo, Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center, Kansas Underground Salt Museum and the Salt City Splash Aquatic Center.

> Jackson, Tennessee

Jackson residents are drawn to beautiful landscapes and an abundance of recreational activities.  A few area attractions are Casey Jones Home and Railroad Museum, Cypress Grove Nature Park, and the International Rock-A-Billy Hall of Fame, Inc.  We are a short one hour drive to Memphis and a two hour drive to Nashville. 

> West Conshohocken, PA

Our West Conshohocken office is located in the suburbs of Philadelphia. This location is within 20 minutes of the King of Prussia Mall, the largest shopping mall in the United States, 35 minutes from Center City Philadelphia and its fine restaurants, nightlife, the zoo, sports arenas, Liberty Bell, and world famous Philadelphia cheesesteaks. Our office is across the street from a regional train line and very accessible by car.

> Chicago, IL

Our Chicago location opened in October 2009. This office is primarily utilized by Information Technology staff which provides application development and data services to PRA business units around the country. The office is located in Rosemont, Illinois and is adjacent to the Kennedy and Tri-State Expressways and is a short ride on the Blue Line trains from both O’Hare airport and downtown Chicago.

Chicago is the third largest city in the US and is the anchor for a metropolitan area of over 10 million residents. Chicago is home to the Bears, Bulls, Blackhawks, Cubs, and White Sox. Chicago’s cultural attractions include the Chicago Art Institute, Millennium Park, Shedd Aquarium, Field Museum, and Museum of Science and Industry.

> Fresno, CA (MUNI)

Fresno is an attractive area to work and live and MuniServices is easily accessible. The nearby Clovis Schools are among the top-rated public schools in California. Fresno is located about an hour from Yosemite, King's Canyon, and Sequoia National Parks, in addition to close proximity to ski resorts, lakes and just two hours to the coast. Known for a wonderfully diverse environment, more than 100 ethnic groups live in the area and influence the rich culture.

> El Dorado Hills, CA

El Dorado Hills is a thriving family-oriented community nestled in the Sierra foothills 25 miles east of Sacramento, where award-winning wineries are as abundant as oak trees and golf courses. Just below the snowline, one can travel a mere 60 minutes to the slopes of Heavenly Valley in the heart of picturesque Tahoe. Travel west 60 minutes and the cable cars of San Francisco await.

> Westlake Village, CA

Located right over the Santa Monica Mountains from Malibu, it an easy drive to enjoy the beach as well as a convenient location for a short drive into L.A. or up the coast to Santa Barbara. Westlake Village is widely acclaimed to be among the finest residential areas in Southern California. Local residents appreciate good schools, safe communities, clean air and water, access to open spaces, cultural opportunities, good neighborhoods, stable government, efficient city operations, excellent health care, and good shopping and dining facilities.

> Woodbury, New Jersey

The historic City of Woodbury, New Jersey, is a great place to live and work. MuniServices is easily accessible for employees working at this location. The city is the central business district of Gloucester County’s metropolitan area, a key hub for public transportation in the county, and host of 20,000 professional employees daily. Woodbury is located about 15 minutes from Philadelphia and 45 minutes from the famous Atlantic City Boardwalk. The unique blend of Victorian homes, natural parks and beautiful waterways provide a great back drop for MuniServices’ New Jersey offices. Nearby Red Bank Battlefield is the site of one our nation’s earliest battles in 1777.

> Las Vegas, NV

PRA Location Services, LLC (PLS) is centrally situated near the Las Vegas, Summerlin, North Las Vegas, and Henderson communities and also in a brand new business park with state-of-the art amenities within reach. PLS is also accessible to all main freeways, highways and near public transportation terminals.

> Houston, TX

The Houston Office is located 20 miles between Houston and Galveston Beach in the Clear Lake area near NASA. The Houston area has access to world-class sports, entertainment, shopping, and cultural events and the office is just a few short miles from numerous water activities. The winters are mild and summer weather ranges from the mid-70’s to mid-90’s with high humidity.

> Birmingham, AL - RDS

Birmingham, also known as "The Magic City,” is the largest city in Alabama. Some of the many attractions include: Oak Mountain State Park, numerous cultural festivals and museums, McWane Science Center, the Birmingham Zoo, and the Botanical Gardens, as well as many sporting attractions including NASCAR and collegiate sports. The office is centrally located near major interstates and is a short commute to many of the neighboring suburbs.

> Birmingham, AL - BRO

Birmingham is also home to PRA’s Birmingham Regional Office (BRO), located in the Beacon Ridge Towers, a 17,000 square-foot office space at 600 Beacon Parkway. Opened in September 2011, this newly leased space will have the capacity for a 200-seat call center, the newest of our five call centers located across the United States. It is conveniently located near I-65 and a number of major thoroughfares.
